So, Sassy, are you in effect saying, that if you dispute a negative by using the "not mine" choice and it comes back "verified" that you have no other options.
They are allowed additional days to respond to you after the investigation is completed, this includes extra days to print up your report and mail it.
Also I sent them a ton of proof of my attempts to verify and/or validate with the furnishers as well as copy's of EQ and EXP to illustrate how they are reporting inncaurate info...
(Personal loans alberta) I've called the following creditors and have been unable to obtain a contact name to send a non-pp letter, anyone have a contact name at any of these:
I just checked EX investigation results and one of the OC's I sent verification to and proof of charge off. They cant do it b/c they dont have it but they continue to verify. Just thought I'd summarize this TL to avoid confusion..
