One sugesstion I might give you is finding a couple of LOCAL mortgage brokers in the area that you may be moving to in addition to anyone that might be national. This will give you another contact in the new state if you have never been there and realistically if this local broker is a few hundred dollars higher then the national guys the information about the area and helping you transition could prove to be very valuable. ... all three bureuas use separate credit scoring companies. So If you go to FICO that only will work for Equifax. Experian uses Beacon and TU someone else who I can't remember.Just to clarify further:
(Teletrack home page) So, did you get the bk off of all cras, what are your scores from eq & exp? I was only able to get it off, along with 5 accounts IIB, from TU. The other two cras use a local company to handle disputes and they are very thorough and always call me.
