I know it can get discouraging at times. DH has had about 30 or so items overall removed from his reports and the scores have remained about the same. EXP has actually dropped about 50 points. He used to get really down about it but I finally got him to understand that it is better to have a clean report with a lower score than a report with some/several baddies and a higher score. We are now striving for a clean report. The score will eventually follow. Once the report is clean if credit is denied there is a better chance for approval when asking for reconsideration.
It took me so long to acknowledge that I had to do something about my reports.
If you have to serve them yourself, you send it certified mail, return reciept requested.
