does loan mart use telecheck

I'm going to start selling things on e-bay and I need to buy a digital camera. I obviously need it for e-bay, but I also want it for family pics etc. I would like to be able to have good quality even when blown up to 8x10 size and I would like to go no higher than $500 on price. Under $400 would be even better.
Long story short...the actual debt has been placed in a new acct...so the SOL starts over if you default. BUT the old acct should not have a new SOL. It gets confusing since there are 2 issues here.
