Do I need to send them a leeter stating they need to validate, or send them one stating they did not state my dispute?

Im soooo happy, curcuit city is off my report with a mere dipute online with experian, now I gotta check with the other two CRA's. If the original is off my CRA's can the collection agency that took over Circuit City still report?????
